There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is luxurious with a California King bed, large en-suite bathroom with huge walk-in shower and vanity. This master bedroom includes flat-screen TV with cable. The second bedrooms has two twin beds.

Both have ceiling fans and sliders doors opening to the patios.

A queen air mattress is available for guests as well as Pack and Play crib and new highchair for the little ones.

The open living area includes a 8-person sectional sofa and 55-inch flat screen HDTV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishware, and basics for your use. There is a breakfast bar for casual dining, as well as a dining area that has ample seating for 6 guests and with a fun lazy-susan in the center of the table. The private patio overlooks the seven hole of the fairway with relaxing views of the lake and the ducks that inhabit it- all a part of this semi-private gated country club attached to the Omni Resort.

We offer unlimited high speed internet access as well as a wireless connection.

There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit and a 2-car garage.

My wife and stayed for 10 nights mid March and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is as represented and Debbie was a pleasure to deal with. She was happy to accommodate us right from the start of the booking process. Two nice pool areas are about a three minute walk. Clean and well kept areas. Rancho Las Palmas Golf course was in great shape and fun for both of us to play. Tees set up nicely for single digit and higher handicappers…condo within a 15 minute walk of The River, the local mall with plenty of good restaurants, stores and theatres. My favourite…The Yardhouse, with 130 odd draft beers on tap and a great happy hour menu.

The only reason for our 4 star rating not being 5 star was the fact that the phone didn’t work. Debbie tried but wasn’t getting any support from the provider. We were sorry to leave…

We enjoy and appreciate our wonderful vacation in this condo each February. The condo is upscale, , well facilitated , clean, comfortable, with all the amenities necessary for total enjoyment. We especially like the area as it is close to everything the desert offers. In particular, as golfers, we play the courses and use the extensive and well kept practice areas at Rancho Las Palmas. The back patio and condo are quiet with extensive walking area. The neighbors are friendly. It’s always our pleasure to live there. Thank You Debbie!

The property and the condominium are beautiful just as the picture shows. It is located in a gated community right on the 7th hole of the golf course. It was fun to sit out back when we were not out sight seeing and count how many balls were hit into the water hazard. The owners were a delight to work with and there is everything you need in the condominium to have an enjoyable stay including a nice barbeque grill on the back deck. The pool is very close by and you can find shopping and meals nearby, we enjoyed the Yard House restaurant while we were there. The tram ride is a must and there are many good golf courses in the area. Visit the living desert and drive up highway 17 to the lookout. We had a great time, there is a garage for your car and the grounds around the resort are well maintained. Everything was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and a great time was enjoyed there.
